Walking Club

WILD AND WONDERFUL WOMEN'S WALKING GROUP

Do you want to join a walking group to connect with others, discover the beauty of our local environment and get fitter?

Join our Wild Wonderful Women's Walking group every Sunday at 8am. Meet Petrina in the café carpark and spend an hour walking different local routes, searching for edible flowers, planting wildflowers and building friendships.​​​​​​​​​​

Join one of the events taking place in the wellness tent over the summer months.

 

Expect gentle stretching, balancing and toning in a slow moving, nurturing sequence coupled with either sound or Reiki healing.
